General Merchandise
Ready to wear items and general merchandise that is not customized will ship within three business days of order confirmation. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days for Klassik Greekwear. Orders are shipped via UPS and the USPS. Customers receive an email with tracking information upon shipment.
All orders placed through the website are subject to Klassik Greekwear’s acceptance. This means that Klassik Greekwear may refuse to
accept or may cancel any order, whether the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If Klassik Greekwear receives payment for an order that is later cancelled by Klassik Greekwear, Klassik Greekwear shall issue a refund.
Klassik Greekwear is confident that you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, you may do so to receive a refund in the form of a store credit only. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within ten business days of the delivery date of the order. Klassik Greekwear will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable. The product must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase. KLASSIK GREEKWEAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT RETURNS.

Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
Customized Merchandise
Customized merchandise cannot be exchange or returned. No refunds can be issued after we start on a custom order. We start on custom two business days after the order is approved. A full refund can be issued if it is requested before we begin working on your custom order.
Goods sold by Klassik Greekwear are custom made and special order, and all specifications must be determined at the outset before placing an online order. Once an order is placed and a Purchase Agreement is executed, any discrepancies will be the responsibility of the Buyer. If any discrepancies are the fault of the Seller, Seller hereby reserves the right to remedy the problem within a specified number of days. Buyer will still be responsible for full purchase price under any circumstance. Klassik Greekwear retains the rights to all created content. However, any offensive, falsified, or inaccurate items will neither be the responsibility of Klassik Greekwear nor will it be a representation of Klassik Greekwear.
